This report from our northern neighbor, Canada, provides food for thought. Or, more appropriately, questions about what we eat. What are the questions and answers? The answer to any question is apparent. We are generally ignorant as a population and are unable to reason sufficiently about anything, not just numbers. Consider the state of the world.
