Topics will be discussed that involve Wisconsin and world issues related to the environment, politics, and local Door County topics. Many issues are obscured from public scrutiny by the commercial media. Attempts will be made to connect apparently disconnected events, government activities, and political actions to better comprehend what takes place "Behind the Squeaking Door".

Why Gary Bies Deserves our Votes for Wisconsin Assembly
All Assembly members deciding to run again, and many Senate members will be up for reelection in November. We will be plastered with campaign ballyhoo tooting one candidate or another. Fortunately, here in Door County and part of Brown County (WI District 1) we have Assemblyman Gary Bies who deserves our consideration. The League of Conservation Voters lists Assemblyman Bies from Sister Bay in the League's Honor Role with an 86% score favoring environmental and public health issues. Read the scorecards and see for yourself. Congratulations, Mr. Bies. You have earned my vote as a resident of District 1, and I support your reelection whole hardheartedly. Thanks for protecting our States' environment with your Assembly votes.
